People with disabilities who are deprived of Aadhar card of the district should register on the helpline number 15008. In the spirit of good governance of Bhuj government, the citizens of Kutch district should get their general queries resolved quickly.  A new initiative has been launched in Kutch district to facilitate the people by implementing government schemes quickly, transparently and smoothly.  As a part of it, the paralyzed people of Kutch district who have severe paralysis of hands, feet, eyes due to paralysis or mental paralysis which cannot remain stable and they are deprived of Aadhaar card.  The district administration has requested them to register the disabled persons who are deprived of Aadhar card on 18008 helpline number as they have to organize a camp as per the requirement to get Aadhar card (2).


Today's Special Bhulabhai Desai Birth Anniversary Bhulabhai Desai was a well known lawyer and freedom fighter of India.  Three Indian National Army soldiers accused of treason during World War II became known for their defense work.  He was born on 13 October 1877 in Valsad, Gujarat.  He also studied law while teaching English.  In 1908, he was registered as a lawyer in the Mumbai High Court.  He then became a leading lawyer in the city and the country.  He began his political career by joining Anne Besant's All India Home Rule Ling.  He also joined the British-led Indian Liberal Party but opposed the Simon Commission, which came to propose amendments to the 18th Constitution of India.  After the Bardoli Satyagraha of 19, the British government appointed a commission of inquiry.

Bhulabhai Desai became the representative of the farmers in this investigation.  With this his relationship with the Indian National Congress (Congress) began.  The Bardoli Satyagraha, led by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, took place in protest of the oppressive taxes imposed by the British government during the famine.  Bhulabhai effectively sided with the farmers and finally the Bardoli Satyagraha succeeded.  In 190 he formally joined the Congress.  He considered the boycott of foreign goods effective so he set up the Swadeshi Sabha.  He joined 20 textile mill artisans in the meeting and supported the boycott of foreign goods.




In 19, the meeting was declared illegal and he was arrested.  In prison he became constantly ill.  He was released in critical condition and went to Europe for treatment.  When the Congress Working Committee was reconstituted, Bhulabhai Desai was included in it at the behest of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.  Bhulabhai Desai passed away on 5 May 19.  He had enormous wealth, which led to the establishment of the Bhulabhai Memorial Institute.  



Classes to resume schools for Std. 1 to 5 may be decided in Cabinet today  A decision could be taken, sources said.  Corona cases are declining in the state, initially classroom teaching is being given in colleges and schools from standard 6 to 12.  However, "Jari is not insisting that online education is going on along with offline. The state government is now considering to start classroom education in Std. 1 to 5, i.e. offline education.  However, the state government is considering setting up a classroom for classes 1 to 5 before Diwali.
