Jayabharat Saath Regarding the above subject and reference, stating that as per the reference letter, the first unit test question papers were sent by the Board on 15/09/2021 to all the District Education Officers through password protected file. It has come to our notice that a solution of question papers has been put on social media two days before the test by some channels by abusing it, such an incident is a matter that disturbs our management.
A critical attempt is made to publish the unit test on social media to test the study-teaching of the students' curriculum. Therefore, for proper resolution of such incidents, the planning of all subsequent unit tests has been fixed as follows, which is requested to be strictly implemented in all the districts.
Instructions on planning and implementation of unit test: Schools will have to conduct unit test every month. - Gujarati, Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences in Std-9 and 10 as per the above resolution while Mathematics Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for Std-11 and 12 Science streams as well as English for General Stream, Nama Basics, Commercial System, Psychology. , Economics and Statistics Unit Test Question Papers will be prepared by the Board every month. - Units other than that (subjects for which the unit question papers are not sent by the board) unit test schools will have to remove the question papers in their own way and organize as per the convenience in the planning of the school's monthly schedule.
The subjects of Std-12 general stream class-A students of any one school are as follows. Gujarati, Hindi , English , Sociology , Psychology , Geography and Commuter Psychology and English question papers and timetables are sent by the Board. Apart from that, a monthly test unit of a total of five subjects will have to be conducted by the school.

A circular regarding the planning of the test along with the unit test schedule and syllabus of the subjects to be taken by the Board every month will be sent to the Opshree. Apart from that, the school will have to plan the schedule of unit test of subjects and syllabus of subjects and question papers. It is desirable that this planning be coordinated at the level of SVs (School Development Complex) and be carried out in accordance with the formulas.
In the planning of unit tests, schools / svs complexes can do as per their own educational plan as per convenience, - A nodal officer (class-II) has to be appointed from the level of district education officer for unit test of subjects taken by the board. As well as a sealed copy of the District Wise Unit Test question papers will be given to the confidential e-mail address from here. That the question paper will be sent to the nodal officer's ru-ruail address on the date fixed by the board, - The nodal officer shall send these question papers to the svs convener on the date fixed by the board to the confidential e-thail address.
At the SVC level, the principals of the government / grant-aided / private schools included in their campus will have to print one copy of the question papers received from the board one by one and prepare a school wise sealed cover. This sealed cover must be signed by the Svs convener and the principal.
The principal of a government / granted / private school has to get one copy of the unit test question papers of Std-9 to 12 from the respective svs level. The pagewise cost of copying the question papers will be borne by the SVS class. At the school level, the unit test will be conducted at the school level as per the schedule fixed by the board.

Thus, GSHSEB - DEO level Nodal Officer (Class-III) - sVs (School Development Complex) - Principals of Government / Granted / Private Schools should be organized by the District Education Officers in such a way that confidentiality is maintained in the entire process.
Thus, all the secondary and higher secondary schools (science stream, general stream, postgraduate stream and vocational stream) recognized by the G.U.M.A. The unit test of the subjects shall be conducted as per this circular and the marks of the planned unit test and the answer book documents should be kept at the school level.
All subsequent unit tests will have to be conducted as per the above instructions. A separate circular will be issued later for instructions regarding the exit examination. In pursuance of this circular, the District Education Officer is requested to carry out annual management procedures and planning.
