 5 peeing mistakes to avoid for the sake of your vaginal health






If you're making these peeing mistakes, you must know that these could contribute to bladder and kidneys issue . 

How many  more times  have you put your nature’s call? Well, holding your urine can result in some fitness risks. But that’s not it. Many of you tend to make many more peeing mistakes. between living a fitness lifestyle and practicing good hygiene can have a positive impact on your vaginal fitness , but you must as well as know how to pee properly.    
 
Peeing mistakes can cause imbalances and painful  situations with your vaginal area and in worst cases, these mistakes can put you at risk of infections, or kidney diseases.

How to pee properly and 5 peeing mistakes to avoid, according to Dr Gaikwad:


1. Wiping from back to front

Is it wrong to wipe from back to front? Doing so moves the faeces and fluids forward near the urethra or urine hole, inviting a urinary tract infection. So, try to wipe yourself from front to back behind going to the bathroom. Some public even do not wipe behind  peeing. Don’t do so. Keep the area dry and clean to avoid UTIs (urinary tract infections). 
 

2. Holding the pee

Are you holding your pee? Then you are doing it all wrong. Doing so can lead to various fitness problems. Holding the pee can cause leakage that can be shameful , recurrent UTI, or foul-smelling urine. It is a bad idea to the hold back the urine. Instead, go to the washroom when you feel like doing so.     

3. Being dehydrated  

If you’re dehydrated, your chances of getting UTI, kidney stones, and united urine that can irritate the bladder lining are high. Many urinary problem  are related to a poor level of hydration in the body so if your urine is dark yellow that easy indicates that you’re dehydrated. To the  keep your bladder and kidneys safe, the first thing you must do is hydrate yourself.          
 
4. Not emptying the bladder fully

If you don’t clear the bladder fully, it can be troublesome for you. deficient bladder emptying leads to urine collection that raises the risk of urinary infections, and even bladder stones. It has the same effect on your body as urine holding. Sometimes public make this mistake by mistake so ensure that you’re deficient  your bladder each time you visit the bathroom.          
 
5. Constant trips to the washroom

Doing so may train the bladder to respond to the small volumes, resulting in an excited bladder. Try to speak to the an expert if you happen to use the washroom very frequently because it means you might have a UTI.          


Keep these tips in mind to maintain hygiene down there:
 

* all time wipe from front to the back to ignore getting infections.
* Do not ignore peeing behind dealing .  
* Say no to douching because it disturbs the pH balance of the vagina.  
* ignore using fermented soaps, and that  other result to the wash the vagina.
* Do not shave down there frequently. Pubic hair is there to protect your vagina from infection. 
* If you’re on periods, exchange time result  every few four to five hours.   
* Wear breathable cotton underwear and ignore tight clothes.
* Keep your vagina clean and that moisturised.
